Yes, that used to happen to a guy I knew all the time, it is normal and NO it doesn't make you feminine at all in any way so don't worry about it. And about it hurting sometimes, it hurts ours sometimes to so now you kinda know how we feel, LOL.
yes when it gets cold. I think it is just a natural human reaction to stimulation. Just because women have boobs their nipples are seen as a sexual hot spot and are culturally desirable but men's nipples are just as sensitive and could potentially be sexual as well. but most people would find that weird.

If it lasts for too long a time like weeks and if there is excessive redness, puffiness swelling, or expression (something coming out of nipple like clear or bloody) you should have it looked at. Or if you get flu like symptoms with these other things as well.
It is very normal. The areola or skin surrounding your nipples have small muscles underneath it that reacts and contracts to different stimuli such as cold or mechanical stimuli or sexual arousal. IT IS VERY NORMAL !
