Answers:
i benched around 195 when i was 13. but i had been lifting for a while before. hmmmm.id say 170 is around normal.
a good way to lift is try to get your own weight. after that just build on it
you shouldn't be training at that age your body isn't fully developed yet, you should start from about 16 minimum
150
your wt would be the max so under that would be find... over that great
TRY SOMING LIT THAN WORK YOUR WAY UP
There are a few factors that matter more than age.
How tall are you? Do you weight train often and if so, how many pounds?
Honestly, like others said you shouldn't be doing that yet, but if you are, most can't even do 100 pounds. Alot of it depends on your size and weight. Bigger people can lift more than others, unless the other is very muscular and does lift. Don't worry about it yet, just start low and work your way up, you'll be lifting a good amount in time, but it won't be something fast.
I really recommend stopping for about 2 years until you care closer to being finished growing, so you don't hurt yourself.
13 isn't too young, my freshman team started lifting and were all 14.
It all depends on size and experience. I know people my size (5'8" 142 lbs) that bench alot less than me (180 ish, I started around the beginning of the year) and kids smaller than me that could do as much, and crap all around like that.
average is very low about 130 because some people dont lift weights i was benching 210 and 13 im 14 now lifting 280 and i started lifting weights at 12 so dont worry lifting weights at 12 hasnt affected me negativly im 5'11 and still growing im 170 pounds
