There could be a small rip in your frenulum or the opening of your foreskin if you are intact and still have your whole penis.
That can sometimes be due to a thrush infection or a tight frenulum. See my stretching instructions for detailed information on both these things. If it's coming from inside and mixed with your semen, see a doctor and get checked.

It could be a urinary tract infection. You should see a doctor.
if you masturbate too often you can irritate ur prostate and the blood can be from there. You'll know within a week if you need to keep urinating and ur bladder keeps feeling like it is never empty always full. then u have the begining of prostate hyperplasia or BPH (not cancerous) but a pain in the *** literally
