OTOH, I have heard that if you sleep on your back on a hard surface, such as a bare floor, you will be 1/2 - 1 inch taller in the morning. But that's only temporary.
I seriously doubt it, but I'm certainly no expert. You can try things that will give you perfect posture, though, like yoga. Being fully aware of your body, you can train yourself to stand up very straight all the time with your whole body and not look silly doing it. Good luck!
