do you shave... it could be a ingrown hair... if it looks like a painful pimple its an ingrown hair... if its a big bump and it hurts it could also be a cyst... i would actually ask your mom or a doc to be sure... and if it doesn't hurt at all it might just be your pelvic bone if its right above the lips of you vagina...
