Their are no physical changes to your penis with or without sex that will identify the man as a virgin. There are some non physical issues: such as he doesn't realize that he has to drop his pants, or he tries to insert his penis in his partners belly button or ear. Or he balances his diner plate on his erect penis while talking to his sex partner about how she is enjoying their intercourse. :)
circumcized or not, unles syou see th eguy actually performing a sex act, you cannot actually prove he's ever engaged in one. And guys like to brag about their exploits in bed even if they have only been there alone so that isn't even all that reliable.
a stretch in the foreskin or a tear of the frenulum coudl of course indicate the guy has had sex but they may just as easily say he is masturbating or otherwisse playing with his own penis. So, while they may say somethig, they don't prove sex has happened. Besides, you'd have to be looking pretty close at a penis to see those anyway.
