Penis size and pain just get nothing in common.
In fact, independently from the size erection haven't to be painful and that means some dysfunction ongoing, as Phimosis for instance. I don't know your age or if the sexual development is ended for you, but 7 in. is a normal length in the average even. The fact you feel uncomfortable with your sexual organs could be sign of an inner psychological pathology. Anyway, penis size is a genetic issue and that you are looking for is impossible.
the reson why there isnt anything you can find..cuz your the first man in history to want this precidure...actually the average male penis size is about 5 1/2 ...ya your big but theres nothing wrong with that..i highly doubt youll find anything...im about a inch bigger than you and if your insecure about your size..well im sure your lover will not be and enjoy it...imagine the benifits..it will come in handy in the long run.

Any pain you are feeling has absolutely nothing to do with how big your penis is. There is no correlation between length of penis and painful erections (unless your penis is so large that you can't walk without bumping it into something).
If you have an erection for a really long time or you get one while you are wearing constricting clothing, it will be slightly painful. If you have noticable pain everytime you get an erection, then that means there is a problem and you want to get that looked at.
Average penis size is 6 inches, and the majority of males range between 5 and 7 inches. So you are only slightly above average. For the small percentage of guys out there that have 9 inches or more, erections would be a major cause for concearn if your theory was true!
Agree that 7" is not small.. but nothing to freak about... once you grow up and learn how to use it you'll appreciate it..
If it hurts to get an erection i would suggest seeing a doctor - something might be wrong. As far as your size you are not that huge. And I believe it is possible to get it reduced, you probably would need to find a doctor that specializes in sex changes (sorry if that sounds bad), but they understand the structure and ways to change the sex organs.
Go to the doctor for the pain that is not normal and not size related.
7" is above average but not huge. Be happy with what you've been given, learn how to use it and be a generous lover and you will be fine (after you go to the doctor about the pain).
