odds are if a person is pregnant they are not a man under the common definition of being male. More than likely it woudl be a person with ambiguous genitals who may or may not be able to carry a baby all the way to birth.

A man is capable of becoing pregnant, sine for pregnancy you do need both egg and sperm, man has only sperm and eggs from females dont come out. Now for the discussion, let us some one put a fertilised egg in the abdominal cavilty, the egg will grwo for some time and then will die, since ther is no protection and no hormones to sustain it.
LOL, this is not possable! Umm, but my baby's daddy got "pregnant" when I did... When a woman becomes pregnant and the father is around his body chemistry temporarily changes. He will start producing more estrogen. My baby's father gained weight, and his skin became kind of splochy and dry, like it was trying to break out.
I will be happy and glad. Now they will get to know the pain of childbirth. And I doubt many men would just want sex and thats it anymore.
