I have pain in the right testicle. the right is bigger than the left. Does anyone know whats wrong?

Go to the Dr. If you get an infection they could have to remove it.
You could possibly have an std.
Go get it checked.
If not you could have something wrong with your testical, which may not be harmful to your body, but quite painful.

See a doctor ASAP. You want to rule out testicular cancer ASAP. Testicular cancer is 100% curable. But you want to rule it out early. Make an appt. tomorrow. Hopefully it's just arthritis. Does it only hurt when it's rainy? If so, take Aleve. But still see a doctor. :)
Could be testicular cancer. I have a friend who had it and those exact symptoms before he was diagnosed. Seriously, get it checked out.

No - no one will know what's wrong until you go see a doctor.
There are several possible causes that are very bad, and if it's been going on for more than a day or two (especially if you didn't injure it), you need to get it checked as soon as you can.
I'm not a doctor (well, not an MD anyway), but I would think the least bad cause is bruising, but it can certainly indicate an infection or in the worst case, testicular cancer, in which case you _have_ to get it treated _immediately_. I'm deliberately trying to scare you because even though it may or may not be testicular cancer, you don't want to take the risk of waiting around if it is.
Go see a Urologist ASAP.
I still have a Prostate infection from 3 years ago that swells up occasionally, but it's in my left testicle. I also have redness on the tip too which hurts sometimes. I do have pain there too once in a while.
You need to go get it checked with a Urologist ASAP!!
Because if you do have an infection down there, he'll prescribe some anti-biotics for you. The longer you wait...the more damage you could be doing to your testicle.

I'm so sorry but I must tell you that you have "prostate cancer"! You have to consult a doctor immediately. You will have better chance to be healed from that terrible illness when consulted to a doctor immediately... Hope you get well soon... :D
Of course one is bigger than the other and furthermore one is lower than the other too. This is normal. If they are the same size and at the same height, they will get crushed by yours 2 thighs.
