Male butt odor?

Question:
Is there a way to get rid of butt odor which I am assuming comes from butt sweat? Everytime my friend (male) sits in a place for a while he leaves a stench on the area that he sat on... it smells so disgusting like feces...he's not even morbidly obese or anything.. and he showers everyday.. but it makes me not want to sit in the area he sat on because I feel like it will mark me and make me stink... It makes me want to throw up. But I don't want to tell him that his butt stinks. Is this possibly from lack of good hygiene washing in the butt area? or is it from when he sweats? He says that he sometimes get rashes from his boxers because he sweats a lot down there. What causes him to sweat so much down there? Is there a way I can get him to get rid of that odor that he produces in the butt area...it's so gross.. and I don't think its from farting? when he farts there is no smell that comes out.. thank god... but that butt odor he leaves on chairs sometimes is ugh...

Answers:
At times, one sees this a lot with ill people who use the same chair over and over. (Sometimes it's the smell of gas, sometimes urine.)

My guess is that he is passing gas when he sits down, or the odor on his clothes lingers when he passes gas elsewhere. Sweat does not smell like feces. Sweat smells like sweat. What you might actually be smelling is sweat mixed with the smell of gas or feces. Maybe sweat is the "carrier" of the smell.

Suggestions:

1. He change his underwear at least twice a day.

2. He always dresses with a fresh pair of pants or jeans everyday. And if he wears pants or jeans one day they should be washed.

3. Some flushable wipes be kept in his bathroom.

4. He consider using some form of powder to absorb the smell, every day.

5. He should avoid passing gas with is clothes on -- if possible use the restroom, at least at someone elses house.

6. He should wash thoroughly down there when he showers or takes a bath. And if he uses the toilet after his bath time (if at all possible) he should wash his backside either with a wash rag or wipe.

7. He should wipe thoroughly after using the toilet.

8. Examine his diet. What's causing him to pass gas so much. Does he need more fiber in his diet, more fruit? Is he defecating at inopportune times during the day?

Hope this helps.
yikes
ugh tell him to wipe his @ss really good and to shower!

are you sure its your friend?

cause maybe its you!

a friend wouldn't tell you that he sweats on his boxers!
and that he has rashes!
he doesnt wipe good, that also explains the rashes, sweat doesnt do that.
Does he sit with his cheeks spread or something? Holy hell. I guess suggest baby wipes...?
I suspect improper wiping. Yuck.
It's not sweat.

Sweat smells like sweat
and **** smells like ****.

Tell him to get a bidet or some of those flushable baby wipes.

*gross*
he probably showers but forgets to wash his butt
tell him to apply powder as well
Let me guess, your in Iraq? I would jokingly ask him if he even wears underwear. Ask him if he smells the same smell you do. Tell him to put his nose in the chair and sniff it.
why dont you press yur nose to the seat smell hard for 10 min - your nose will be pretty well 'acclimitised' after that
iv never heard of that, he would probably want u to tell him tho, would u want some1 to tell u if u had butt stench
soap and washcloth in the shower stops that i think - dude this guy is NOT NORMAL and should be counseled - or just beaten with pumice soap and sanitary spray.
He needs to bathe!!
The answer to that is that he does not wipe well when he goes to the bathroom. There are still remnants left of his bowel movement. Subtly let him know about it. That is what I would do. As for him sweating so much down there, he probably has a lot of hair.
Tell him to use baby powder on his butthole.
It would be funny.
And could work.

Anyway.
HAHAHA.
tell him to take a shower or baby powder?

i dont know but when i was little my mom always told me to put baby powder on my back
are you sure that you aren't referring to yourself as "the friend" to avaid embarassment.
Thats what causes it, when guys got hot an there underwear rubs the inside off the leg raw for some odd reason it forms a smelly substance... Tell your friend to get baby diaper rash cream an put on it. It really works fast, My husband gets like that when its real hot an he works outside but the baby diaper rash cream if he would jus rub it on there before he goes to bed it would be better in the morning!! ;)
your friend just needs to wash that area properly. and he needs to use Axe body spray down there.
Hopefully that helps.
Hilarious, yet very interesting. My brothers friend had the same problem. I believe it is some kind of disorder. He needs to see a doctor. Maybe a Buttologist. Just kidding, couldn't help it. But seriously he needs to see a doctor.
Maybe he is ill. There are some deseases that cause people to smell bad, no matter how much they bathe. Ask him if he has any medical history. If he really ahsn't, then introduce him to some new wet tissues who smell nice, maybe the ones for private body parts?
Wet wipes
he has mud butt !
