Its depends of the size of a person concern to know the exact height and weight then measure and weight him.

It's really hard to say what the average is, as everybody grows in their own way at a pace that suits them best. It is also entriely dependant on how tall your family are in general.
Myself, I'm 14, 6' tall and weigh about 160 pounds
but my brother, who is 16, is 17 is exactly the same height and weighs 150 pounds
my dad is around 6'2" and weighs the same as me.
hope this gives you a vague idea of the variations that arise and how family affects size.

I am 16 and i am 6'5 and 240 pounds which is way above average. most of my friends are about 6' and 160-170 pounds.
With as many people who are obese or overweight in this country, I would say if you took the average weight of everyone it would be close to 200 to 240 pounds. Ideally, you should not be near that heavy unless you are really muscular. Muscle weighs more than fat. There is an index that gives you a range for where you should be depending on your weight, height, age, and other various factors. I want to say its called the BMA index. Not sure if thats the name. It has something to do with Body Weight Index. Any medical doctor would be much more knowledgeable about such things.
