They will not work. Genetics is either going to work with you are against you. Potentially, you've still got a couple of years left to add on some inches..good luck.
No herb, stretch, exercise, food, drink, or medicine will make you grow when you want to grow.

Nope. The only way to increase your height would be to go back in time, and have hormone therapy...or maybe drink some more milk. You can make yourself look taller by having good posture. Most people have really terrible posture, so not only will you look comparatively taller, but you'll also look more confident and self-assured.
There really is no reason to be insecure about your height. 5'9" is the average male height in the U.S. There's nothing wrong with that -- especially since the average woman is 5'4."
Also, another thing to note is that you might not even be done growing if you're only 16. How tall are your parents? Your grandparents? At what age did your dad stop growing? If your father is 6 feet tall and stopped growing at 19, it's quite possible that you have another inch or two left in you!
