Should I take before or during or after my workout. I take protein after, so it would be a lot of liquid to consume after a workout. Also, is creatine loading really necessary. How can they expect you to drink that stuff in the morning for weeks?

I agree with the above poster about when to take creatine (before your workout), but it has been proven that it is not necessary to do loading. So, it's your preference. If it mentally makes you feel like a loading cycle is helpful, then do it, otherwise, skip it.
Take before your workout. Loading is necessary to get a significant amount into your system. It needs to be done.
