How do I fix a partly descended testicle?
Question:

well its good that you have noticed it at this age. for normal grown ups.. most of them have slightly disbalanced testicles. i.e one is slightly higher then the other one. some of them do have one testicle slightly smaller then the other one.
the thing to remember is that you are still 14 .. your body is still growing up so not all the things will be in perfect condition now.
however if it it stays like that for say couple of months or it hurts then it is better to speak to your father. he can give you advise or if he thinks its a serious issue then he can take you to doctors. or maybe you can see the doctor your self.
keep an eye in it if you see any thing unusual then go see a doctor.
Im pretty sure they may have surgery for this now. Does it hurt you? Or is this just a cosmetic issue?
Im not a man therefore i know nothing about testicles, however, if the doctor has brought it down, i would guess its "partly descended"?? Why dont you ask your physician?
surgery.
You need to see your doctor. If it can be descended, he/she can tell you how. Don't try to do it yourself, you could injure yourself in a very painful way.
Im not sure but if it is not descended it can cause testicular cancer. you need to ask your doctor about this and find out if it's normal. you had the surgery when you were a baby but now that youve hit puberty things might be different with that.
best thing to do is take them both to the doctor and get them checked thoroughly. Nothign we can say would offer a reliable diagnosis since we cannot see them and don;t really know all yoru genital history.
