Im REALLY tired... but i cant sleep?

have you tried different kinda of hot tea to relax you?

then if you did try working out before sleeping and your body should be tired. Also, studying puts me to sleep (damn studying)
Possible vitamin deficiency? Vitamin D, Iron, Potassium iono it is what first came to mind.
How about reading a book or watching tv? Find something that will make you bored or make your eyes tired, then you can sleep! =)
Sounds like you need to relax. Try smelling lavender. Either a candle or in a bubble bath. Keep your room VERY VERY dark after you get out of the HOT LAVENDER bath and take some melatonin (natural sleeping medicine)

try getting physical activity during the day. like walking runing etc. and try sleeping in your belly helps me !
Get Nyquill(Lean). It will knock you off your feet, not too long after you take it. I don't think pills really work, but I think there's some sleep-aids out there that help.
Either that, or you could be one of those lucky few who have the disease that disables you from being able to sleep no matter what. There's a guy in china who hasn't slept in over 50 years.

get a cd with some relaxing technique, or a tape from a hypnotherapist so you can play and relax. expose yourself to bright day light, even stare at the sun with your eyes closed for sometime. avoid caffeine, cola drinks etc. drink hot chamomile before sleep. don't do any mental work like reading before sleeping. try a massage.
