My penis has been curved for as long as i can remember...i have recently looked this up to see if its normal and i learned it was...my question is: my penis curves when its very hard at a twenty degree angle (it only curves at the top...) towards my belly button. is this severe or is it normal?

It is normal. By the way there are straight penises, so with curved going down, right, left and sometimes like a hook. Remember that the penis is a cartilage and does not have a bone structure therefore it can "deform" in various ways.
