Considering that the withdrawal method of contraception has only about a 73% effectiveness, yes, it is difficult. Especially the instinct for a male is to push even further into a vagina when he is ejaculating.

but it is psychologically because it feels soooo dern good. When ejaculating you want to do what you can to intensify or increase that feeling so you would logically think that keeping it in would give you that much stronger of an orgasm.

Don't count on it if you're in the heat of the moment. Especially, don't count on it if you don't want to become pregnant. Use other precautions. It feels so much better when they *** inside.
