Redness, dots on penis help please?

Question:

On the glans (head) of my penis theres red spots, they don't appear to be raised or lowered, and are very small, maybe like a pin head size. However I'm uncircumsized, and the foreskin is very red and itchy, the lower part of the glans is also red but not itchy. Only the foreskin is itchy - but I'm still concerned. I'm almost 100% sure it's just a rash, but I did have unprotected sex yesterday...However the girl is clean, so unless it's something she's resistant to I don't think she could've given me anything. I plan on keeping it clean and dry and checking on it in a couple days, unfortunately I'm going away tomorrow. It's kind of hard to get to a clinic (I'm 15) but if it persists I'll head to one. I'm pretty sure it's just a rash that will clear up but if anyone has further SERIOUS information I'd really appreciate it. Oh, and I literally had unprotected sex for less than a minute, but got oral, it was kind of rough yesterday that's why I think it's irritation or rash

First of all if you are 15 you do not need to be having sex, sex is for marriage, you need to wait. Many girls say they are clean but really have no clue. I you want to safe just be her boyfriend, kiss, do what ever just DO NOT have sex, this rash could be something very serious talk to your parents about it then make an appointment

how old was the girl? and u might have herpes take care of it because it can't be cured and don't have unprotected sex ever

The easiest thing it could be is some kind of fungus. You can get that from oral or even hand. Over the counter stuff that you spray on is unlikely to cause you problems, and could help.

If it gets worse at all, even with a fungus treatment going, then you really need to see a doc about it. If you are old enough to have sexual encounters, you are old enough to take care of your medical needs, even if that means discussing this with a parent. If you get a lecture or in trouble, deal...your health is more important.

Finally, make sure you wash really well, even twice a day but at least once a day, with soap, and rinse really well. That is in case the problem is some kind of allergy, and you need to get rid of something that is on the skin. (Was the girl wearing braces?)
