Whats good in place of Viagra or Cialis?

I dont want to take these chemicals if I can find something else and I've tried a herbal one called "steel libido". Any ideas?

have you been checked out to see if there is a medical reason why you need help, could just be something simple that could be put right

I am afraid these are the only type of preparations with anything like significant effects on ED.
