Penile discharge?

Question:

Ever since I've discovered masturbation and everything in it, I've started doing it every once in a while. Sometimes, though, I noticed this faint yellow-ish substance that appears under the edges of my foreskin. It only appears when I masturbate, and no other time. I have confirmed this through several observations.

Anyways, I do not think it is not Gonorrhea, because it is not thick, and I have never had sex before (I am abstinent for the time being). I have almost never found it anywhere else other than masturbation. It usually shows when I stop halfway or almost at orgasm.

I think the only time I've seen it anywhere else was this morning, when I was doing my morning pee. I was lazy so I didn't pull my pants all the way down, and then I noticed that there was urine that was coming out by itself, accompanied by floating, very faint yellowish things floating in it. I tried testing to see if I could spot it again, but no luck.

It might just be sperm. What do you think?
