Whats wrong with my private?!?

Question:

ok my private part has a bunch of white dots (that look exactly like pimples)on the "shaft" and im worried what could it be exactly? it cant be HIV STD or any of those because ive never had intercourse with another.could it be from masterbating? how can i make them go away?

Spots on the penis are very common and most do not have a serious cause. However, some do and it is important to seek prompt medical advice if you are concerned.
Hair follicles and sebaceous (sweat) glands have a hair arising from them that reveals their true nature. They are quite normal and I think it just will be your case.

its prob. just irritated or something. try not jacking off for one week and see if it goes away.

there have been lots of questions bout this whit pimple thins on penises so i am guessing it is a natural thing 2 go through
i wouldnt freak 2 much about it jus tell ur doc if u r that worried bout them

it's nothing to worry about dude, we all have them it,s like sweat gland, I am a virgin so I know mine aint sexually transmitted
