That is perfectly normal. My left one hangs lower than my right one and from what I have read this is normal for nearly all men. Suppose its so when you close your legs with them hanging between them they don't crunch together.
deal with it or have it remove...
LOL thats totally normal most nuts are sagging lower than the other so its perfectly normal I dont think theres a way you can make them even though
