A tiny rip in my foreskin.?

It doesn't really affect my everyday life, but it kinda bugs me when i see it. I don't want to see a doctor, because it's embarrising.

It sounds like you ripped your frenulum a bit (see link). Since it doesn't seem like you tore in two, it's fairly minor and should be fine if you let it heal. As you said, you probably ripped it from masturbating too hard.
To help it heal "back together," you should try to avoid moving your foreskin as much as possible. The only time you should pull back your foreskin is when you're washing underneath during a shower/bath. So you refrain from masturbating, which can be annoying I admit. But it shouldn't take long for it to heal, probably a week or so and certainly no longer than about 2 weeks.
If it doesn't hurt or bleed, I wouldn't worry about it. I don't know how you could fix it without a doctor's help.
Hmmm, my son is younger than you, but I think the foreskin is attached to the head and then later you should be able to retract it pretty far. It can become adhered again though. Maybe your foreskin isn't fully un-attached yet and the "rip" is normal to allow it further retraction.
You are old enough to call your pediatrician and talk to him about it without asking your parents. My sons doctor always checks to see if my son's foreskin can move freely. It can't yet, so he said he should try to pull it back daily in the tub to free it.
