After an exercise, a bit shorter?

Question:
Is it true after an exercise session , like running and weight lifting. Is it true that you are a bitter shorter after you finish the workout then before then

Answers:
No.
Shorter where?
No. You don't get shorter from anything, lol. Don't worry about it man. You're good.
don't worry, this happens every time you work out and IT GOES BACK TO NORMAL WITHIN 15 MINUTES. experience
yep it is proven ...
without exercise at all ...just a normal day ...you ming be a little bit shorter than when you woke up in the morning!
what happens is that pressure that you add to your spinal cord from running or lifting weights causes it to compress and reduces the space between your vertebae.
thats the same reason for some back problems, the pressure that is added compresses the vertebrae beyond what they can causing pain because of lack of space and cushioning between them.

but its usually nothing to worry about unless you lift more than your body can handle. while you rest your spinal cord relaxes, releasing tension between the vertebrae and making you taller again, or as you were!
