I am sure they make enough profit off of those who wish they were that big around...but most of the people that buy them are really for show. The only real difference between the XL and the regular condom is the size of the ring around the base, not the length itself (yes I took a human sexuality class in college, lol). They are rarely necessary but nice to show-off;)
