Do deadlifts which is basically picking up heavy weight off the ground with youre forearms.
The best thing I found out is that using a saw (>coping saw< or hack saw) works best for the forearm. When I broke my right arm I used my left arm with a coping saw to finish up my project. First of all it was easy but hard work.
You should work constantly for about 15 minutes cutting a piece of wood (strong wood) 4 times so it ends up to one hour of activity everyday. Within weeks you'll start to notice some change. If not the first week you will. But you have to continue working and cutting even though your hand gets sore.
To make your forearms bigger, you have to do exercises to improve your grip.
1. Try doing bicep curls with a partner, with a very heavy weight. The goal is to have to work hard to hold the weight... increasing your grip.
2. Try getting a wooden rod, or old broom handle, and just roll it. Then add a rope to it (drill a hole thru the rod.), and tie a five pound weight and roll the weight up, then roll the weight down. Slowly increase the weight over a few weeks...
Using light dumbells (no more than 5lbs to start) do wrist curls. Rolling the wrist with your palm down towards the sky.

Do this with your arms comortable by your side, legs shoulder width apart, abs contracted (Core support).

Take into consideration genetics.
i try to do, like , 10 press-ups every 3 hours its easy but it works over a period of time
or do as many as you can so your arms burn, listen to some powerfull music or go at a fast pace and think positive
they make this lil spring thing that you squeeze. it works great.
Curls are the best and chin ups help too.
