What kind of exercise should I do to get a "6 pack"?

A lot of sit-ups/curl-ups. It's best if you go to the gym, cause results are evidently faster there, in 2 months, with dedication, it will already be obvious. Just do a lot of stomach/ab exercises anyway. Obvious results take 3 or more months though if you do it without the aid of any exercise equipment. Good luck!

Sit ups and variations of them are the key. You can get the four pack with regular or inclined sit-ups, but to get the six pack you need to add crunches to get at those muscles.
If you have too much fat, you need to do some cardio to lose it--no matter how strong you get, you won't have definition if it's covered with a layer of fat.
