Push - ups?
Question:

well yes there is the push up called the "girl push up" ...i dont like to call it that but thats what it is mainly called or the half push up..to do this to bend your knees and get on them..put both hands about shoulder width apart on the ground..slowly lean forward till your chest touches the ground using your knees as support..push back up...using your knees allows you to have to push less of your body weight while doing the push up..yes it is true that push ups lift the pectorals over time...but dont expect a huge muscle lift ..that can only be achieved through surgery of course
You can do push-ups from your knees. That is a lot easier and is the same motion.
just start with one per day.try and try till you get it.
then do 2 a day...or as many as you can.
you'd be surprised how fast you can strengthen up enough to do lots of pushups.
If you are finding the "girl push-up" too easy theres a type of push up where you rest your legs/feet on a high up place like bed or chair and doo push ups like that but its much harder than a half push up so be warned and try not to strain yourself.
start out on your knees, then when you can do an unlimited amount of them... Do a regular pushup, hands at shoulder width, heels together, back straight
yea do girl push ups, then go to using your feet, 5 a day then 10 then 20
Pushups aren't the only way to work your pecs; they aren't even the best way.
If you press your hands together in front of your chest, you'll notice your breasts bounce. this happens when your pectoral muscles change from being relaxed to being active, and push your breasts out of the way.
This movement can be used as an exercise. It's a good idea to lie on your back, especially if you are well built (your breasts will bounce less, and may be more comfortable). Do the movement slowly, keeping the maximum pressure for a few seconds. Breathe gently out while you press, and inhale slowly between presses. Alternate slow sets with some quick presses, but be careful not to use maximum pressure for these.
Punchbag work is also great for activating the pectoral muscles; wear a supportive bra while you do this, because the muscular contractions will bounce your breasts as vigorously as jogging does.
Building your pecs won't directly 'lift' your breasts, but the firmer muscles will push them further forward, while larger pec muscles will stretch out the skin covering them. This can make them seem a little larger, and more firm, and many men think it's a more attractive look than the silicone version.
