Somebodies say that hot water may damage the hair, is it correct. To whom we should prefer, hot or cold water, for better and good output.

I would use what is comfortable..Cooler water does remove shampoo better....
using cold water on your head during the winter is sorta cool because the cold water will encourage more blood flow and the more blood will keep your head warm.
warm, but not hot water.
