no. most soaps are nontoxic and don't have anything strong enough to cause sterility. although with the wide variety of lotions and oils, I'm not sure why you would want to use soap anyway unless you're doing it in the shower. and if that's the case, don't worry about it. just make sure to cleanly rinse off with water afterwards.
First off, masturbating is not wrong. I believe in and follow what the Bible says and there is NOTHING in it that states that masturbating is wrong. The Catholic church has FALSELY taught that it is wrong but it has no basis for this belief.
As far as the masturbating with soap? Well, it won't cause infertility. So, as long as the skin of your penis isn't being irritated by the soap and/or the opening of your penis or urethra isn't by it as well then there's no reason you can't use soap to masturbate with.

Agree with Mike. I use baby oil too, because it dries out quickly and doesn't leave any residue.
