Answers:
To gain more muscle mass, increase protein in your diet from things like eating more eggs and red meat. Protein helps build bigger muscles while exercising. Also, you should probably increase your push-ups from 10.
If you go to www.sparkpeople.com they will tell you excercises you can do, and give you a fitness plan to help you get bigger. It's free too. :) Good luck.
You should try resistance bands. They're like big rubber bands. They're inexpensive and don't take up much room. http://www.everythingfitness.com/st-rb-1... There's a picture if you go to that link. You can find cheaper ones at walmart or target.
i am sure your dad goes to wal mart every so often...so, just tell him to buy you a thirty dollar weight set. i know it is cheap, but it is better than nothing...and it did me very good till i got enough money to buy something better. as for supplements, i'd say try protein shakes, their taste has improved a lot these past few years. good luck.
IT IS GENES, INHERITED, BIOLOGY, U CAN JUST IMPROVE YOUR HEIGHT BY 2-3 % AT THE MOST
OR SURGICALLY BY 1O % IN A LONG PAINFUL EXPENSIVE PROCESS
y CAN BUILD MUSCLES, YOU CAN LOOSE OR GAIN BOUNDS THAT IS ALL
Just keep doing pushups for your chest, and tricepts. Do as many of them as you can until they fail, and you can't do anymore. You'll feel the difference within the next couple days. As for your bicepts, and shoulders, do pullups. For your legs and butt, do lunges. But you do need to eat your veggies. They're hella healthy! Make sure you eat plenty of lean meats full of protein. But remember, your body will only absorb 30-40g of protein at a time.
hello. you are a growing young boy, dads are always dads and seem distant when you want to 'reach' them. my suggestion, strike some poses and FEEL your muscles work to keep the pose complete. I learned this idea from the work I have done in Yoga training. no weights needed, just towels to clean up any sweat after you're done. good luck. : }
all that you said was the truth, lol
Squats, push ups and belly crunches. thats ALL you need
You could try playing sports, walking, running and swimming like most boys your age and you might also give up being such a picky eater. Those little green things you're so picky about eating contain trace elements of vitamins and various other things your body needs and we, not even your doctor, know about. Amazing as it may seem, there are still an awful lot of people who spend their entire lives trying to find another element they can form into the shape of a Flintstone character so that you'll BUY it and eat it instead of a carrot or a brussel sprout. EAT YOUR VEGETABLES!!
You need more than 10 push-ups a day. Doing other exercises once in awhile doesn't get it either. You need to be consistant. Do something every day.
work out with really heavy food cans
