How to drink Creatine as I don't know how to use it ?

Question:

Answers:
The way I take it is take a regular spoonful and put it directly into your mouth and wash it down with water. I don't mix it with anything cuz not all of it gets disolved and you waste 25% of it. Don't listen to the guy that says it just adds water weight. Yeah, creatine sucks water to your muscles and makes them look bigger, but your muscles recover faster because of the extra water in your muscle. Plus, creatine helps with protein sythesis, so if you combine creatine and a whey protein supplement you will see good gains. I've been taking creatine and whey protein for about 2 years now and I've gotten my bench up to 325 lbs. and my squats up to 350 lbs.
read the instructions on the can/jar/box
its better if u bought them in pills...easier to take..but read the directions..but i would get pills instead. theyre easier to take and theres a lesser risk of taking too much. right now im taking GNC creatine monohydrate capsules (pills)...3.5 grams of creatine per serving.whats the name of the stuff ur using?..that could help us with answering ur ?
don't use it creatine is water weight and once you stop using it you loose a majority of what you gained on it. it is simply meant to make you look bigger but once you stop using it you loose it. go buy 100% whey protein or something similar. also make sure you drink a boat load or water because supplements can mess up your kidneys if you don't. in order to simply grow you have to eat you weigh in protein everyday just switch pounds to grams.
