I love the way these Americans reckon they can privately send you pills through the post - the customs at Heathrow or whichever point it entered the country would think it's their birthday - and how many of them have you given your address to because I think even YOU have more sense than to do THAT !
Of course, anybody else in Manchester would simply pop into Boots in the big shopping centre there and look to see what they've got on the shelves - not that any of them are going to do you much good - if you eat properly you just don't need supplements - spend the money on decent food instead !
yeah, the ones i am sending you
I take a one a day multivitamin supplement and also the vitamin c chewable tablet
Saw palmetto, calcium magnesium zinc, and multi vitamin. As you get older you need extra.
I take this brand called One Source Teens™.
If you're an adult, try the One a Day™ brand.
If you go to somewhere like Vitamin World™, they have all kinds of things to choose from. (More than Wal-Mart atleast)
I personally use ON's Opti-Men. It's probably the best multi-vitamin out there in the market for the price. You can buy a 2 month supply for about $20 on-line. It has multi-vitamins set for atheletes and a small batch of essential amino acids for muscle building.
Another good supplement is essential fatty acids. Fish Oil is great supplement to have. I starting taking fish oil permanently and noticed an overall better sense of well-being.
Lastly, a good protien supplement is I like is ON's 100% Gold Standard Whey. It is reasonably priced. The price of Whey has been going up lately though with gas prices and demand because the general public is finally realizing it's a consistent supply of protein that keeps energy up not caffeine XD.
These three supplements are the foundation of muscle building along with a good nutrition program (Fruits and Veggies are key - eat them like candy especially veggies), workout program, lots of water (atheletes drink over a gallon of water a day - not kinding I drink close to 2 gallons) and lifestyle. There are many other supplements, but these three are the foundation and should be used by any fitness fan.
i can recommend a really good multi vitamin & pro-biotic. it's called Multibionta, and it's made by SevenSeas. it's got a good range of vitamins & minerals in it, plus pro-biotics, which aid digestion. i find that really helpful as i suffer from IBS.
i've also read really good reviews about this tablet in a health magazine. apparently it has greater amounts of vits, minerals & pro biotics than any other multi vitamin / yoghurt drink on the market.
