I understand your concern, but you are only 13, and your size is not bad for your age. You still have several years to grow, and if your dad is hung, the odds are you will be too. Be patient, however if you never grow another inch, you can still satisfy your partner as there are many ways to do that. Easy for me to say... well I am only 4" and had 3 kids, and able to satisfy my partners sexually with more than my penis. It is possible. So relax, enjoy your teen years and have fun!

no your still growing lol 4 1/2 is low normal for full grown adult males (if it doesnt grow 'witch it will' you will only be a little below normal)
