Rash on on both sides of inner thighs?

Sounds like chafing. There's powders and lotions out there that can help with the itching and speed the healing process. Don't be afraid to look in the women's section at the store, there's some good anti-chafe lotions there too.
Don't scratch!
Change your underwear frequently, especially if you're sweaty.
Try to air out as much as possible.
You may want to start wearing boxer briefs or something like that under your pants...my husband used to get chafing like yours and when he switched to boxer briefs it went away.
could be chafing...put lotion on the affected areas
i agree with michelle. it definately sounds like chaffing to me. this happens when either your inner thighs or the cloths covering your inner thighs become moist and then they rub together. the skin becomes agitated and begins to itch, dry out and burn. I would say that for now, put lotion on your thighs and it should go awayl. Since this is a re-occuring problem, though, i would suggest that you look into purchasing some spandex shorts to wear under your pants. They really really help with the rubbing and prevents chaffing ad protects chaffed legs from being aggitated ny further
sounds like chaffing to me too. use an anti itch cream like Gold bond medicated cream. and also use baby powder whenever u can
In my line of work I see/ hear A LOT of this. We call it chub rub. Kinda a funny way of looking at it. If your legs are rubbing together this normally happens after a lot of continual walking. A GREAT way of fixing this is either a thin layer of Vaseline or Body glide. Body glide is better cause it doesn't stain your clothes. You can find it at a running store. Put that between your legs and it should go away. Also if you are wearing boxers or boxer briefs make sure you have the right size and they are not slipping up and also rubbing. Look for underwear that has alot of Lycra in it. As well as something that is moisture wicking.
