Kind of embararrassed to ask this, but i cant find the answer anywhere on the web?

My boyfriend got sharp shooting pains in his penis, right after he ejaculated, but he was trying to hold it in. We havent had sex in a while so i was wondering if that could be something to do with it, or if anyone would have any reason why this would happen... ive never heard of such a thing, this is the first time its ever happend and he was in a lot of pain.. i feel bad,

1. he could get cancer so Go to the hospital i rather not have cancer and tell a doctor then to have my penis choped off later on because i didnt tell a doctor.

2. he could have kidney stones they are rocks that come from kidney (because of to much soda) and they go down ur pee hole (pee hole is the size of a strain of hair) and it hurts alot alot! while peeing and one day pop a bleeding rock sort of look will come out his pee hole.

Its nothing to be shy about unless he got a small penis but a small penis is better then a chopped of one cuz he didnt tell a doctor!

It's just holding in your piss, that doesn't exactly good either.

First thing he needs to grow up, see a Doc when it is called for. This definitely one of these cases. See a urologist. SOON, AS IN TOMORROW.
