I have a lot of small white bumps on my scrotom...?

Question:
I've searched the internet, and once i saw testicular cancer, but i found out that's not true. The closest thing i've found is "plugged hair folicals." I'm 13 if that helps any. What the heck are these bumps?

Answers:
I believe that what you are describing is completely normal.

the scrotal skin has hair follicles and numerous sebaceous glands which produce sweat also known as pilous glands. theses often are small white bumps. They are of no concern.Leave them alone do not squeeze them -just keep your self clean with daily washing as you will become more sweaty at puberty because of increased sweat production in the genital area .

I am assuming that there is no chance of STD
could be an std such as herpes
you should go get it checked out by a doctor
thts herps bro
may be genital warts..??
Ask your dermatologist. Could tell you in a second.
