Did you urinate in the water? Maybe the salt water got inside? That could irritate it.
If there is a net or mesh lining on the inside of your suit, that could definitely be it. It's called chafing + saltwater = bad. I seriously suggest you invest in some board shorts... No lining. So much more comfortable. Just tell a parent you got some chafing going on and they'll get the hint and get you some ointment.
ya..there is low % of water in your body so that happened. drink more water and it will cure. dont worry.
could be sand , wash tip as good as possible without too much poking. also dont put anything in the shaft. try and wash it out with a little water. If it persist, talk to a dr.
