Answers:
Use the proactiv 2 x per day.
Keep your skin clean, especially after soccer. Yes, use the proactive, start now..Don't wait.
I know a lot of people who have had a lot of luck with proactiv. Make sure that you have a good skin care routine regardless that includes a cleanser, exfoliant, toner, moisturizer and a protector. Your skin might break out more the first week as it gets used to the routine but then you'll love your skin again.

Also, drink enough water - proper hydration helps as well.
drink lots of water.like lots and lots of water.
no don't use proactive it's good but it get's use to the skin and with just one day that you miss more acne comes out.
if you have a lot go see a dermatologist and tell him to prescribe you retin a. but for a few use neutragena or clearsali. face wash and the vanishing cream for the pimples.
but if you want to get rid of them fast buy a device call zeno , it cost around 180 dollars but its really effective for zits, it zaps them in 24 hours by applying heat from the device and burning them.

good luck hopes this helps! i suffer from severe acne !!
Aside from using those acne creams or ointment it is important to maintain a clean face. Pimples are caused when your facial skin is covered with dirt, oil or bacteria.

Wash your face with a facial wash (when you take a bath and before you sleep). Ordinary soaps are good for the body but not for the face. Facial wash are specifically designed for the face. There are facial wash exclusively for men however not all are effective because of our different body chemistry. It took me several facial wash products before I found the right one for me. So just buy small bottles or bars and try it for a week or so. If you see some improvement then continue with it. If you have oily face or you are physically active, you have to wash your face more often. Just be careful that you don't over wash your face or it might also become so dry and cause problems.

Also you need to change your bed sheets and pillow case often (including your towel). Dirt from the sheets and pillow case can stick to your skin and cause pimples. In fact it is one cause of body pimples.

You can also approach a dermatologist about it. They can provide you a more concise regimen for your skin type (Oily, Normal or Dry).
use in morning and at night if u cant keep up with that or its not working go the the dermo
You don't say how old you are but most adolescents and teenagers go through a phase when they have pimples. The best thing to do is wash your face (with soap) frequently.
Soccer is great but remember to clean your face right after playing it. Because sweat can clog the pores and cause acne. But I think your pimples are there because of stress or unhealthy food. It's hard to say but I think they wont last long.

Proactive is ok. But it's quite aggressive. ClearPores instead is very gentle and in my opinion better solution than Proactive. This is their website: http://www.clearpores.com/clicks/clickth...

But if you already have Proactive try it. If it doesn't help I heartily recommend trying ClearPores.

Good Luck!
after soccer wash ur face or better yet take a shower. a lot of pimples come from sweat staying there too long. like in lacrosse my helmets chin strap, i sweat there a lot cuz of it an all a suddun i got a bunch of little pimples right there.
1. Remove dead skin cells regularly by exfoliating. Use an abrasive cloth or scrub, or use an over-the-counter chemical exfoliant like salicylic acid and glycolic acid. Remember that over-exfoliating can actually increase the likelihood of red, dry skin by irritating the skin.
2. Remove bacteria from your pores. Your skin can become "allergic" to this bacteria. Use bactericidal products containing benzoyl peroxide by rubbing, twice daily, into the pores over the affected region or washing with a medicated soap bar/wash. Keep in mind that this may cause dryness, local irritation and redness.
3. Avoid exposing your skin to other sources of oil and irritants.

* Break the habit of touching your face.
* Keep bangs off of your forehead--the oil and the hair products (if any) can clog pores.
* If you use a phone a lot, don't let it touch your face.
* Change your pillowcases and sheets once a week to prevent the build-up of oils and bacteria that can re-occupy your pores.
* Use non-comedogenic moisturizers and makeup. Choose cosmetics that are water-based and hypoallergenic. Avoid oil-free products, coal tar derivatives, and heavy creams. Make sure you wash your skin thoroughly every night to remove makeup residue.
4. Review your diet and the research surrounding the links between diet and acne.

* Studies have shown a correlation between milk and acne. Try substituting with soy milk and other calcium-rich foods.
* Excessive consumption of foods high in iodine (e.g. some seafood) may worsen acne but probably won't trigger it
* Research suggests--but does not prove--that a diet with a low glycemic index may reduce the likelihood of acne. High glycemic foods to replace with healthier alternatives include:

o soft drinks (drink water instead)
o sweets (substitute with fruit)
o white bread (replace with whole wheat bread)
5. Remove other potential causes of acne. Some factors, such as being in puberty, can't be altered, but these can, with the approval of your doctor:

* Reduce stress and subsequent stress hormones
* Consider alternatives to taking anabolic steroids
* Minimize use of medication containing halogens (iodides, chlorides, bromides), lithium, barbiturates, or androgens
6. Keep your bedsheets clean. Wash your pillow case on a regular schedule to reduce the transfer of natural body oils.
7. And most of all, always wash your face with body wash( mainly the onces that are antibacterial) and also make sure that you wash your face at least 2 times a day.
8. There are no perfect cream or medichian that makes your face smooth, soft and acne-free.

Tips [edit]

* Watch your diet and observe the effects it has on your skin. Whatever science has to say, every body is different and how yours responds to certain conditions can best be determined by you alone. As with any common condition, keeping your body hydrated is sound advice.
* Sometimes the best way of taking care of this condition is by doing it naturally, as in using natural products. Recommended are some such as : Witch Hazel, to be applied with a cotton swab after washing face. Dr. Bronner's Tea Tree Body Soap, which because of its Tea Tree elements, can reduce pimples on the face quite well if used at least twice a day.
* NEVER use market acne removers such as products sold on shelves, natural solutions such as the listed above are your healthiest solution if you want to hold a healthy skin texture and face throughout your years if your're a teenager or even an adult.

Warnings [edit]

* Do not make any drastic changes in your diet or skin routine without first consulting a medical professional.
* Anything beyond very gentle cleansing can actually worsen existing lesions and even encourage new ones by damaging or overdrying skin.
* You should only scrub your face if you have no existing pimples.
* Benzoyl peroxide can have a bleaching effect on clothes and hair.
Please wait for some more years to fully grown up. Then it will go
