Question:
Right off, im 15 and im a virgin. (and a lad)
about a month ago i noticed a considerable amount of fleshy coloured domed spots on the underside of my foreskin, ive searched the glorious internet for answers and ended up here. ive not expierienced any pain, itching, or any kind of irritation what so ever and the spots are the only thing out of place. Answers:
Hi,

These are called Pearly Penile Papules. They naturally exist around the head of the penis, near the shaft, where the foreskin used to be connected. Only uncircumcised men have these, they contain sensitive nerve endings and increase sexual pleasure. You do not need to be circumcised, or have them removed in any way. circumcision won't succeed in removing them anyway.
get circumsized
You need to go to your doctor. It may be embarrassing, but don't worry he will treat you professionally. You need to get this looked at NOW before it possibly develops into something major.

It sounds like the same think my husband has. He is not circumcised either, it is normal.
