Lower Abs??


Question:
I've been going back to gym and go 4-5 days a week. I'm working my abs religiously, and the upper abs are getting noticeably better.

The bottom abs haven't been though. I do cardio, but not much of it as I'm 6'0 180lbs. I'm just trying to get in good shape and shred my lower abs.

What are the best exercises for them? Thank you.

Answers:
Lay on your back on the ground at put your arms out like a "T". Press your lower back into the ground. Without using anything pull your legs straight up at 90 degrees and hold for a few seconds, lower and dont let your feet touch the ground. It works great. (And if its hard you can put your arms/hands underneath something. Hope it works for ya
you can try the machine ab cruches or use the pulley and get into a position where you are sorta doggy style your knees are close to ur elbows ( if that makes sense) the pulley should have pictures
