I dont really like how i look..weight wise?

im 16 year old male..and 190 and i have been lifting weights for sports (tennis, basketball, and soccer)..and well the way i look bothers me. My arms, forarms, bicepts, abs, are all like muscular and no fat at all. But the place that im fat from is love handles (or whatever they are called)..and thighs and butt area. I dunno why everywhere else has no fat except these places. I know its fat from the cellulite*...but i am tryin to lose it but i cant. I cant fit into regular jeans because its too tight in my but and thigh area. It leaves me lookin like a girl with big hips and thighs and stuff with normal calves..so..anyone have any tips to lose these areas weight??

your fine. im a female, & my bf has little love handles, but hes muscular. we think its just genes becuz he exercises all the time & plays a whole bunch of sports. but i love them, they are sexy. his butts pretty small though...(again, genes) & his hips arent that wide. just do what you can & if nothing works...oh well, it isnt that bad. its just a state of mind that yu have about yourself. change it to positive...lol... xo, good luck...
Don't worry man, it's just your body type. If you're fit and are active then there's nothing else you can do except diet which really isn't an option. Just continue lifting weights and do leg presses cuz those target the thighs and butt.
if u have ever been big b4 it may be excess skin, also if u dont jog you should start joggin, and dont just lift weights when u work out do some squats and maybe some crunches and situps thats what i do, i got a six pack, it'll work just keep lifting weight and add some crunches into ur work out and maybe some joggin
