Is it necessary to undergo surgery if u have a vericose vein in ur scortum??

If you're talking about a varicocele, they can be drained by a syringe in the doctor's office, but that's only temporary. The surgery to remove the vein isn't that bad. Only a couple day's of bed rest and some swelling.
I have never heard of varicose veins in a scrotum. Yikes, I bet it is sore. Don't know an alternative to surgery. Sorry
My friend in college had this done, and it's a relatively minor procedure, but I do know he was in a lot of pain and had to wear lightweight, loosefitting pants for about a week or so. His nut was the size of a softball!
you don't have to get surgery, however if you opt not to, the problrm will most likely just get bigger.
