Don't even consider it, it's very dangerous. The risks far outweigh the benefits. Do a few searches, you can find stories and pictures.

I have read about it. It doesn't really make the penis longer, it just -looks- longer. It's like making a telephone look higher by digging away at the dirt around it.
i would forget it. there is nothing wrong with you now. dont let a self esteem issue push you into surgery. if a person doesnt like/love you the way you are then that is their problem, find someone who does, and good luck!
dont do it it is a waste of $ and it is a very risky procedure. just do penis enlargement exercises to increase it naturally
I havent because I am a woman But I wouldnt even try it because how would you feel if something happened and you were never able to get a stiffy afterwards?

stay far from those things... they are not safe and you will have just a longer penis hanging cause it won't stay erect anymore.
