105 lbs & 5'10" .. you are too thin (underweight). I suggest also increasing your protein intake. Beef, pork, chicken, fish, eggs, nuts, and soy. Eat 6 - 8 eggwhites daily, see if it will not increase your mass. I do not want you to eat more than 1 whole egg (the one with the yolk) because cholesterol is primarily in the yolk.
Eggwhites are safer to eat in higher amount, minimal fat.
After all that's said, do not also forget carbohydrates and fat (they are energy sources). And fruits and vegetables.
Would you also want to workout to increase muscle mass? d:
Edit: As previously advised, Ice cream is also a good source of protein (not that much). It is also delicious, but this one has high butter fat content. Still, since you want to increase, do not be afraid of indulging in ice cream moderately. (Hey , not one gallon per day!)
As for french fries, it is bad for the heart! Forget it.
Anything with a lot of calories. Read labels. If you want to do it the healthy way, go to a health food store. A lot of health food(like granola) have lots of calories. If you don't mind eating junk food for a while: ICE CREAM, PIZZA, WHOPPERS, COOKIES, CAKE, PIE, PASTA, POTATO SALAD, FRIES, POTATO CHIPS, DORITOS, CHITOS, PRIME RIB, DONUTS, APPLE FRITTERS, MUFFINS (LIKE BLUEBERRY OR BANANA NUT), MACARONI AND CHEESE. You have to eat a lot, and never go hungry. Eat before you go to bed. DID I MENTION COOKIES (a lot of them) PIZZA AND ICE CREAM? Whew! That was good for me. You? Good luck, sweetie. Don't get in the habit of eating that crap. After you gain some weight, hang out at the health section of the supermarket, health food stores (big ones), and Trader Joe's (If you have it.)
