Apart from all other considerations, who told you you're going to have to strip naked just so that the doctor can look at your willy? At your age I'd be very wary of a doctor who wanted me to strip naked just for that.. ! - !

1) Your not even close to the first stage of puberty.
2) Doctors have seen it all, seeing as they have to touch peoples skanky feet and give suppositories i think that the length of your penis is not a big concern to them
3) There are some fully grown adults that have one that length
well first of all i am 15. i have gone to the doctor for physicals and compaired to the other kids in my class i feel underdeveloped and in these he has to actually squeez my penis/balls and it is verry uncomfortable/embarrasing but i just think that he has seen smaller and he is a doctor so he knows that everyone is made diffrent and he isnot judging you. just remember that and you should get through it verry smoothly. best of luck!!
Often a penis will not seem large to you at this age. You may be still carrying a lot of baby fat and the full length of your penis is not showing. As your hormones kick in and you start to develop your penis WILL grow! You are still only very young and it is natural to listen to and compare your size to other mens. Don't worry until you have STOPPED growing!! This will not be for another 5-6 years yet!! If it is still that size then, you can have it enlarged by surgery and it IS a common operation! So don't worry!
As for the foreskin thing. My son had to have it done, it was welded to his knob end. It was over quickly and he has never had any problems since! It is a tiny bit painful but you are better getting it done now before you have to make babies - when it would be EXTREMELY painful for you after the operation! At your age you will not feel it so badly!!
Remember too that having a circumscision means you wont have the nasty build up of smelly knob cheese! Which can lead to infections and nasty smells!

I would just leave it as your body may not have "developed" yet. Sometimes this does not happen until guys are 15.To be honest this is quite rare though.

promise you it will grow bigger. See your doctor and he will tell you the pro's and cons about circumcision.

your only 13 so therefore i doubt you are that far into puberty, which means your "d'ck" will grow. and it doesn't really matter about size, and if you have to go to the doctor's to get it checked out, why not? He ( i presume) won't really care and in fact i doubt he'll be measuring it at all.
I got circumcised when I was around 8 years old. It is embarrassing but doctors and nurses are used to it, so do not worry. They won't be going out the room and shouting out loud that you have a 3 inch penis. They are professionals and not gossip mongers.
Ok, there is one thing you should try before doing any of this...
go to your local newsagent grab a copy of Ralph or any other pornographic magazine take it home one night and star at the pictures.
All of a sudden you'll notice it getting larger and problem solved.
I cannot assist on the size thing I cannot at all remember what size I was at 13, don't think I even measured it then. Trust me the doctors would have seen things you wouldn't beleive and the scaryness you feel is not based on the size issue. If the operation has to be performed for medical reasons I would do it for your own health. If you let the doctors have a look now when your older and all the lovely ladies want to have a look you wont feel embarassed at all. Good luck!

I was lucky - had to go to doctors as a tot to get my foreskin sorted or I'd have had to be circumcised too. Stripping naked before a doctor is nothing to worry about though: I had to myself recently when I had ruptured haemorrhoids - so very undignified, lol!! Also years back when I tore a stomach muscle and ******* had this almighty bulge in it from where the muscle had dropped back into it. The embarassing moments are wonderful to look back on and laugh at later on. You're a young man, you're still growing and I'm sure there are a lot of girls out there who would love to see you with your kit off...don't be ashamed of what you've got: go out and flaunt it!

Circumcision is a last resort treatment and almost always not really necessary. You should try stretching first. There are also many disadvantages to getting cut other than just the pain and discomfort. See the link below for detailed instructions and don't go near a doctor until you have tried stretching for a month or two. Do it regularly or it won't work.
I think you're too young to be worrying. To start off, that size will increase; I promise. As for your foreskin, I had the same exact thing when I was your age, and now it's perfect. It slides and all without any problems whatsoever, it feels great as it should.
When you shower, pull it back the most you can without forcing it (that can damage it) and using the other hand wash the head of the penis. Try to pull it back a little more each day. Eventually after a few weeks it'll be fine. E-mail me from my profile if you have any questions.

3 inches is normal for a 13 year old who havent had any puberty related changes.
In regards to check up, you really have to strip because the doctor needs to check you down there before circumcision. Do not worry, doctors are professionals and they would not do anything to make you embarrased or uncomfortable.
Just think that you are in a better place other than a doctor's office when getting your check up, the check up won't be long anyways
Circumcision is when they remove your foreskin, it is an outpatient surgery, it takes about 30 mins. It means that you go home after circumcision .and recovery is about 4~5 days.
at your age you sound perfectly normal to me,your length will
continue to grow until around the age of 17 this age can vary a year or so either way and your foreskin (attached to the head when your born) will continue to stretch and seperate as you grow and with continued practice(regular retraction and stretching.) should be fully retractable by the time your having regular sex.I know of many guys who left stretching to late in their adult years and still had good results.
The anxiety about your genitals is normal and talking to your friends you will find a majority of them have the same fears.
