eat more fatty burgers.
use dumbells-they work your smaller motor muscles and that increased musle size-strength-coordination. And believe it or not-check the old workouts of the past lifters-they knew more than we give them credit for. I have been using some very old-time movements and seen huge improvements. Also work the negatives and perform all movements in good form and SLOWLY -Food, proien and carbs-powders are good too but I like Turkey and Pork-steak is too expansive and hard to get a good cut these days.
