Now let me advice you,cut down on food like chocolate,sweets,potato chips,mcdonald junk and the likes.Start going to the gym like weekly,then start making it daily once you get used to it.Eat more protein rich food like meat,eggs or go get a can of protein powder and consume it after workout.If you just wanna be casually fit just skip or jog everyday so your muslces get worked.Good luck and i hope this helps

You have just asked a question that will spark a huge controversy and it looks like I am going to start the war:
Telling yourself that you are going to gain muscle (and believing that it will happen) hundreds of times everyday for several weeks should yield some results. Consider it a form of self hypnosis. The scientific term is DMILS (don't ask me what it stands for I fogot), the ability to alter the body through repetitive thought and intention. The changes would likely be slow and would first be noticed as a gain in weight. If you wish to convince yourself that it works you may want to take on a smaller feat such as changing the color of your irises.
Eating lots of protein will help but you HAVE to exercise to gain muscle. There is no other way.Sorry. I WISH it was that easy lol! Good luck!
Muscle increases by being worked. IMaging a rope, being pulled and unraveling, and getting frayed, muscle fibers are liek taht, execpt, when they fray, more muscle froms to help pull more, and tthe muscle gets bigger. Some muscles bulge, such as biceps and shoulders, most, however just bet bgger like that. You need to do either explosive cardio or wight dtraining to gain muscle. Protien doesn't magically turn into muscles, if they don't need more rope, it's broken down into calories then fat. More protien is just more calories if you don't use your muscles intensely.
try to land on your feet after jumping off a four story building if you want to build muscle in your legs, then if you survive that, try to stop a truck on a highway with your hands.
nothing probably... you must have regular exercise to gain muscle to your body, and eat food that are rich in protein..
That's an easy one.
Just tighten up your muscles while doing everyday things....if you have to take out the garbage, tighten up your arms and stomach.if you have to move something, use your legs and arms.instead of getting help.if you are young, you can do this.lol
It works, because even during work, I do this, and I have a six pack without even trying much.and my arms are rather large...I can lift over 320 with them..but my legs are lifting over 1000.
Try it, the ladies will notice....
