That doesn't seem to be a worthwhile pursuit to me. Grab a pair of Levi's that are the proper size.
Your waist is partly your body type and your actual bone measurements. I highly recommend against artificially boosting your waist so that you fit into jeans. I say to just firm and tone yourself and you can get the same "look" with a smaller waist.

lol, yea tommybears suggestion would work. Just get online and buy a 30-32 in those jeans. you can find anything online. And you will be able to get the 34 waist very easy but if you want to get back to 30 you will find it very difficult.
