I've been bodybuilding for some time. i eat good diet and take protein and vitamins. (about musterbation)more.

Question:
so is musterbation bad to my routine? will i lose alot of protein or other stuff? say i do it once or twice a day. please no silly answers. i am 19 by the way, 178lbs.

Answers:
No. It will not derail your efforts. The protein content there is so minimal and if you are using protein powders, the loss is hardly noticeable. LOL You can consider that also as an additional exercise - a cardio. If you do it twice a day, how can you work out? I hope you are not doing twice a day that often. Or you'll need even more food to cope with the lost energy. ©
No, you might actually burn calories.
first of all its masturbation... and secondly. we are taught in school its good for us... some how... well not sure bout masturbation but sex is supposedly good for us...
Once or twice a day? Well dude I think its too much man. U should try to control yourself and do about once or twice a week. Cause it may make u lose your durability.
I remembered a friend of mine who is into bodybuilding telling me to minimize masturbation. I was starting to go to the gym at that time. I forgot the reason but he mentioned it can affect your performance. Ask someone who is also into bodybuilding if it is true or not.

Try masturbating like 2 or 3 times in a week (once a day) or every other day. It is more pleasurable than doing it everyday.
